5. Successful Connection:#

If the connection is successful, you will see the MySQL prompt, indicating that you are now connected to the MySQL server. It will look something like this:

mysql>

Now, you can execute SQL queries directly from the command line.

6. Execute SQL Queries:#

You can execute SQL queries directly in the MySQL command-line client. For example:

SHOW DATABASES;

This query will display a list of available databases.

7. Exit MySQL Client:#

To exit the MySQL command-line client, you can type:

exit;

Or use the shortcut:

\q

This will return you to the command prompt.
